The Immersive Training Program is an accelerated, structured training track built for dedicated dancers seeking rapid technical growth and artistic depth. It offers high-caliber instruction and measurable progress.
Connect With Us To AuditionITP is built for dancers who have outgrown recreational classes and are ready for something more demanding, more structured, and more rewarding.
When a dancer is self-motivated, thrives in a structured environment, and is ready to commit to real technical growth across multiple disciplines, a weekly recreational class is no longer enough. ITP places dedicated dancers together as a cohort, training in Jazz, Tap, and Ballet with a shared drive for depth, precision, and artistic excellence.
Our alumni have performed with the Radio City Rockettes, on Broadway, and joined the faculty at Steps on Broadway and Pace University. ITP focuses entirely on helping your dancer become the best version of themselves through high standards, multi-style discipline, and authentic performance.
Check the boxes below to see if your dancer is ready to step into our Immersive Training Program:
Your dancer has outgrown basic recreational classes and demonstrates a deep, self-motivated passion for dance.
They thrive in a structured, focused studio environment that demands consistency, attention to detail, and hard work.
They want to see measurable improvement in their technical depth, physical strength, and artistic expression.
They are excited to commit to year-round training across core disciplines (Jazz, Tap, and Ballet) plus Contemporary, Hip Hop and Broadway Bound.
They embody a positive, supportive attitude that elevates their peers and contributes to a warm, encouraging ensemble.
If that sounds like your dancer, here are the three ways in.
We offer three clear routes for qualified dancers to enter the Immersive Training Program. Every candidate is evaluated on commitment, focus, and potential.
Attend an official scheduled ITP audition where our faculty evaluates technical readiness, musicality, and focus in a supportive group environment.
Current Encore recreational dancers who demonstrate exceptional focus, discipline, and technical growth may receive a direct recommendation from us.
Prospective families or current students can request an individual evaluation trial class to determine if ITP is the right fit for their dancer's current goals.
The best measure of a program is the people inside it.
ITP has given my daughter the opportunity to truly grow as a dancer. The program's consistency and discipline have helped her strengthen her technique, build confidence, and develop important skills like responsibility and organization. She always looks forward to her classes and loves being part of such a supportive studio and dance community. As a mom, I love seeing her passion for dance continue to grow while she learns the value of commitment, hard work, and perseverance.

After finding Encore Performers and doing regular dance classes and team, my child's passion for dance grew exponentially. She wanted more, she wanted to be one of the dancers in the Christmas show and ultimately part of ETAP. ITP was the logical next step and the perfect program to provide her with the dance training needed in all genres. At recital time, her growth as a dancer exuded from the stage. It left both my husband and I in awe of her talent and improved technique. ITP truly made her well-rounded. We strongly recommend for any dancer desiring to take their dance skills to the next level, to participate in the ITP Program.

Everything you need to know before applying.
Recreational classes offer flexible, weekly instruction in single styles with zero commitment beyond the class. ITP is a dedicated, multi-discipline track requiring 3–8 hours per week in core classes (Jazz, Tap, Ballet) designed to accelerate technical mastery and artistic depth.
Depending on your dancer's age and level, ITP requires 3 to 8 hours of weekly technique classes, along with mandatory attendance at all scheduled rehearsals and summer sessions.
Auditions are not the only path! While we hold scheduled audition events, dancers can also enter through a direct teacher recommendation or by requesting an evaluation trial class with our faculty.
To maintain technical progress and muscle memory, ITP dancers are required to continue training during the summer by attending the 4-day Broadway Dance Intensive and enrolling in our 4-week summer class session.
Yes, and this is one of the most common pathways into the program. Many ITP dancers begin in our recreational classes and progress into ITP as their training develops and their commitment to the craft deepens. If you believe your dancer is ready, submitting an audition inquiry is the right first step.
We give every dancer and family an honest, specific response following their audition. If a dancer is not selected for the current cycle, we will tell you exactly what to focus on and encourage them to audition again. Not being selected the first time is not a closed door. It is a starting point.
Join an intensive, art-first training pathway built to help your dancer reach their highest technical and creative potential.
