These terms apply to your use of the Encore Performers website. Enrolment itself is governed by our studio policies — tuition, withdrawal, attendance, conduct, and the media release — which you agree to when you register a dancer. Where the two overlap, the studio policies and any registration agreement you sign govern the enrolment relationship.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, and not to attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to extract content from it.
We work hard to keep class times, program details, event dates, and prices accurate, but they can change — schedules shift, events are rescheduled, and rates are set season by season.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of availability. Class placement, enrolment, and pricing are confirmed by the studio at registration through the Parent Portal. If something here conflicts with what the studio tells you directly, the studio's confirmation governs.
Registering a dancer is a seasonal commitment governed by our studio policies, which cover enrolment and withdrawal, attendance and make-up classes, our code of conduct, late payments and fees, weather closures, and photography and media.
Those policies are published in full on our Tuition and Policies page and form part of your agreement with the studio. Tuition is billed through the Parent Portal, and the refund and withdrawal terms set out in the studio policies apply.
Trial classes are offered subject to availability and to the dancer being placed in an age- and level-appropriate class. We may need to suggest a different class or time than the one requested, and we may decline or reschedule a trial where a class is full.
Some things you can do from this site are handled by other companies — enrolment and payment through our Parent Portal, trial bookings through our booking software, and recital tickets through our ticketing provider.
When you use those services you are also agreeing to their terms, and their refund and cancellation rules apply to anything you buy through them.
Everyone at Encore Performers — dancers, parents, and guardians — is expected to treat instructors, staff, and other families with respect, in the studio and in our online spaces.
We reserve the right to remove a student from a class or program, in line with our studio policies, where conduct is unsafe or persistently disruptive.
The content on this website — including text, photographs, video, choreography footage, the Encore Performers name and logo, and the design of the site itself — belongs to Encore Performers or is used with permission.
You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, republish, or use our photographs or video commercially without written permission. Many of our images show minors, and we take their use seriously.
This site links to services and organisations we work with. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore Performers is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published here.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section concerns the website; injury, waiver, and liability in relation to dance instruction are addressed in the registration paperwork you complete at enrolment.
