Most of the families who use this website are parents and guardians looking into classes for their dancer, and this policy is written for them. We have tried to keep it in plain language and to describe what actually happens rather than every theoretical possibility.
This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us — by submitting the free trial form, joining a camp waitlist, or contacting us by phone or email. We use it to answer you and to enrol your dancer. We do not sell it.

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, schedule a trial class, place a dancer in an appropriate level, administer enrolment and billing, and send you studio updates such as schedule changes, weather closures, and recital information.

We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio — our enrolment and billing platform, our booking and messaging software, and our website host — and only so they can perform those services for us.

Our classes are for children. This website is not. It is written for parents and guardians, and it is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Where we hold information about a dancer — their name, age, or class level — we have received it from the parent or guardian who enrolled them, not from the child.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information through this website, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Photographs and video are taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances for instruction, recital keepsakes, and studio promotion, including our website and social media accounts. This is part of studio life rather than something this website collects.
Families who prefer their dancer not appear in promotional material may submit a media opt-out form to studio administration at enrolment. Our full media release sits with the studio policies on the Tuition and Policies page.
This website does not use cookies to identify or track you, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Some pages embed content from other companies so that it works properly — a Google map showing the studio location, our trial booking form, our class schedule viewer, and profile photos attached to our Google reviews. When your browser loads that embedded content, it contacts those companies directly, and they will see your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We do not control that and we receive no information from it.
Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We keep enquiry and enrolment records for as long as needed to run the studio and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and we delete or archive them when they are no longer needed.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established service providers for enrolment, payment, and hosting. No website or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about your family, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. Email or call the studio and we will help.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. If you receive text messages from us, you can stop them by replying STOP. Withdrawing from marketing does not stop essential messages about your dancer's classes, billing, or safety.
This website links out to places like our Parent Portal, our ticketing provider, our shop, and our social media accounts. Those services are run by other companies under their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply once you leave our site.
