Alumni Success & Broadway Stories

Thirty years of proof that art-first training works. Discover how our graduates take their technical foundation from Chantilly, VA, to Broadway, Radio City, and prestigious stages around the world.

Our Philosophy

A Training Ground That Travels With Them

For over thirty years, Encore Performers has been building something far more meaningful than a resume: dancers who are technically strong, artistically genuine, and ready for wherever their journey takes them.

Our alumni have starred on Broadway, danced as Radio City Rockettes, toured internationally, and joined the faculty of New York's most prestigious institutions. By prioritizing technical mastery, personal growth, and authentic stage presence, we build versatile performers who thrive at every level of the performing arts industry.

Where Our Dancers Go Next

Encore is proud to have three alumni who have performed as Radio City Rockettes: Paige Williams, Emily Stacks, and Jillian Helms. Raynor began teaching Paige when she was just five years old. One of the original ETAP members, Paige went on to perform as a Rockette before building a Broadway career that includes Aladdin and Holiday Inn and national tours of Cinderella and Mary Poppins. She now brings that same professional standard back to Encore as a faculty member. Emily trained at Encore from the very beginning and joined the Rockettes at just 18 years old.

After years performing on one of the most iconic stages in New York City, she has returned to the Encore family, now bringing her own daughter to train where her journey started. Jillian Helms rounds out this remarkable trio, having performed as a Rockette alongside a career that includes the Chicago National Tour and regional productions at Ogunquit and Theatre By The Sea.
