All dancers must have the required shoes and appropriate clothing for the various class styles as listed in our dress code.
Tuition is calculated based on the total class hours per week across your family. It is paid in 10 equal installments, accounting for all studio closings, from September through June.
Class registration is for the full school year from September through June. One month's written notice is required to discontinue any class before the end of the year. Withdrawal after April 1 is not permitted. Students who drop after April 1 are responsible for the remaining months' tuition. All cancellations and changes must be submitted by email to encoreperformers@gmail.com. No changes or cancellations are accepted by phone.
Tuition covers your child's spot in the class, not individual attendance. No makeup classes will be provided. Encore Performers does not follow Fairfax County Public Schools closings for inclement weather. Studio closure notifications are communicated via email and social media.
Encore Performers does not offer refunds or credits for classes missed due to student absence, inclement weather, or similar circumstances. If a class, camp, or intensive is cancelled due to low enrollment, families will be notified one week prior to the start date and a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.
Payment in full of all current and past due charges is required to participate in summer programs. The following cancellation schedule applies to summer camps and intensives:
All students are expected to perform on both recital days. Accounts must be current to participate. Recital tickets go on sale May 1.
Annual Registration Fee: due upon annual enrollment, non-refundable. Costume Fee: due upon registration for recital-eligible classes.
Billing is sent out on the first of the month. You can pay by either signing up for auto pay or by credit card, or pay by cash or check at the Studio.
Yes! If your child enrolls mid-month after completing their free trial, your first month's tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes remaining in that billing cycle.
Tuition payments are non-refundable. We do not offer makeup classes.
Costume fees are billed and must be paid when you register for class to ensure costumes are ordered and delivered on time. Complete details regarding recital tickets and photo days are distributed well in advance.
To hold your child's spot in a popular class during an absence, tuition must continue to be paid. If you choose to withdraw and re-enroll later, re-registration is subject to class availability at that time.
