The Encore Performance Team is the studio's recreational performance group. Team dancers rehearse throughout the year and perform in two regional competitions, a local parade, and the annual Team and Company Showcase.
Auditions for next season take place every spring. If you are a current Encore dancer who wants more stage time, more rehearsal, and more performance experience, this is how that chapter begins.
The Encore Performance Team is a group open to Encore dancers who want to take their training further through structured rehearsal and competitive performance. Team dancers perform in two regional competitions, a local parade, and the annual Team and Company Showcase. Team rehearsals are held in addition to regular class enrollment and carry a higher time commitment than recreational classes alone.
Current Encore dancers who want to join the Performance Team for the 2027-2028 season. If you are not yet enrolled at Encore and are interested in auditioning, contact the studio before the audition date to discuss your eligibility.
Participants are evaluated on their current technical ability and their readiness for the team performance schedule. Specific audition content and any preparation requirements will be shared with registered participants before the audition date. Come prepared to move and show your best work.

Regular dance attire appropriate for your discipline. Wear what you would wear to a typical class. No costume or special preparation is required.
