Join our award-winning Performance Team for the 2026-2027 season! From Minis to Seniors, our team program offers dedicated dancers the opportunity to accelerate their technique, build lasting friendships, and gain valuable stage experience in a warm, uplifting environment. This isn't a high-stress “trophy factory” — it's a supportive space where dancers grow into confident performers while learning jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip hop choreography.
Team Auditions are open to dancers enrolled in Level 2 and above, with a minimum of one full year of prior dance experience and at least one year of training at Encore Performers. If your dancer has found their footing in recreational classes and is ready for more, this is the natural next step.
Performance Team members participate in two regional dance competitions per season, featured performances in local community events and regional parades, and the annual Team and Company Showcase. Come to the audition, meet the team, and let us find out together if this is the right fit for your dancer.
Performance Team rehearsals are held on Saturdays. More information about times and commitment will be discussed at the parent meeting.
A required Zoom parent meeting will be held on Friday, June 5 from 6:30 to 7:00 PM to review team expectations, commitment, and important information for the upcoming season.

Find your dancer's age group below and plan around the block that applies.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your age group's assigned block, dressed in standard dance attire and ready to move.
