Pajama Week is exactly what it sounds like. For one week in January, dancers swap their regular dance attire for pajamas, fuzzy socks, favorite slippers, and anything that brings a warm winter feeling into the studio.
Regular dress code is relaxed for the week. Whatever you wear just needs to be comfortable enough to actually dance in, beyond that, cozy season is officially in session.
Pajamas, cozy sleepwear, fuzzy socks, favorite slippers, or anything that qualifies as warm and comfortable winter attire. There is no specific theme beyond cozy. Wear whatever feels right.
One practical note: whatever you wear needs to allow you to move safely during class. Very long or flowing pajama pants, footie onesies with slippery soles, or anything that restricts movement or creates a tripping hazard are not ideal for the studio floor. Bring your dance shoes if your chosen footwear does not work for class.
Yes. Pajama Week is spirit week, not a substitute for class. Your regular schedule applies all week, just with a cozier dress code.
No. Just show up in your coziest outfit and dance.
Pajama Week runs Monday through Saturday. Come to your regularly scheduled class in your coziest attire.
