Encore Theatrical Arts Project (ETAP) has been offering Broadway-style dance musical productions for families in Northern Virginia since 1996.

ETAP is the resident performing company at Encore Performers. With a panache belying their age, the company of 9 to 18 year olds wow their audiences with the breath-taking choreography of the Artistic Director, Raynor van der Merwe. All ETAP company members attend dance classes at Encore Performers.
